1. Privacy at a glance

General information

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.

Data collection on this website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operators. Their contact details can be found in the legal notice of this website.

How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected exclusively when you actively provide it to us. This refers to the data you enter yourself into our booking request form. We do not carry out any further automatic collection of user data, tracking, or analysis of your visit.

What do we use your data for?
The data from the form is used exclusively to process your booking request, check availability for the requested period, and get in touch with you regarding the rental of our holiday accommodation.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to obtain free information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future.

2. General information and mandatory disclosures

Data protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Note on the responsible party

The party responsible for data processing on this website is:

Alexander Patzner
Anna Hoffmann

Mathildenstraße 1
89073 Ulm
Germany

Email: hello@momentsof.me

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (such as names, email addresses, etc.).

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. An informal email to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged violation.

Right to information, deletion and correction

Within the scope of applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, and, where applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You may contact us at any time using the address given in the legal notice for this and any further questions on the subject of personal data.

3. Data collection on this website

Booking request form

If you send us a booking request via the form, your details from the request form, including the contact details you provide there (name, email address, phone number, period, and your message), are stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions.

Recipients of the data / infrastructure:
For automated processing and organization of requests, we use self-hosted automation software (n8n) and a self-hosted database (Baserow) on our own server infrastructure. There is no unauthorized disclosure of this data to uninvolved third parties. The data remains under our control.

Legal basis:
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, provided your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures (initiating a rental agreement for the holiday accommodation). In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of requests addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Storage period:
The data you enter in the form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been fully processed or after the rental relationship has ended). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular tax retention periods — remain unaffected.

4. Provision of scripts and libraries (local hosting)

For the visually appealing display of our booking calendar, we use the JavaScript plugin "Flatpickr". To best protect the privacy of our visitors and ensure GDPR-compliant data processing, we do not use external content delivery networks (CDNs).

All program files required for this (CSS scripts, JavaScript libraries, and language files) are stored locally on our own servers and are loaded exclusively from our website. At no point does this involve the transmission of IP addresses or other connection data to uninvolved third-party providers.
